My computer-generated, user-friendly, thorough, and highly detailed reports have extensive photography and emphasize deficiencies or violations. The summary page explains concerns of importance. Reports can be e-mailed to you, the realtor, or any other interested party within 24 hours of the inspection. The report will tell you exactly what to expect in both interior and exterior maintenance before you buy or sell, to avoid all unpleasant surprises.

My name is Brad Baker and I am the owner of Baker Home Inspection Services, LLC. I am from the Atlanta area, but now reside in Northwest Georgia and have recently expanded my business to the Northwest Georgia / Chattanooga area.
My Qualifications:
I am a graduate of PHII, Professional Home Inspection Institute, based in Madison, SD.
I have a B.S. Degree from Georgia State University.
I am a Certified Home Inspector #07080502 NACHI, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
All inspections meet the NACHI Standards of Practice and the inspector adheres to NACHI Code of Ethics.
I have extensive experience in construction, Real Estate Project Management and Real Estate Property Management and have developed expertise in electrical, concrete construction, carpentry, appliance repair, painting and plumbing, which experience has proven invaluable in performing home inspections.
